September 20, 2008: Consultative workshop on Employees Performance Appraisal

In line with the ongoing UNDP's support to capacity building to Civil Service Administration project, a successful consultative workshop, in collaboration with WEKITA consulting firm, organized to review the newly designed “Employees Performance Appraisal System” in September 2008. A total of 76 participants represented from Civil Service Administration, line ministries and representatives from regions participated in the workshop and contributed many noble and practical ideas on how to practically apply the new system.
