Eritrea

As part of the on going joint programme on Gender Equity, a five days study tour programme to Makerere University , Uganda organized in the first week of November 2008. The aim of the study tour programme was to share experiences and adopt best practices in establishing fully functioning and sustainable gender research and resource centre. A total of 5 higher officials and technical staff members of the National Union of Eritrean Women participated in the tour.
